"I was looking at double wide mobile homes. I called the manger of Birchwood Park to inquire about a lot. There was none big enough. He suggested a 16' wide. I said I'd never seen one before, but was open to the idea.
The next day, Stepehn Souders from Discovery Homes called. He has just sold a 16'x76' unit, and I could see it. We set up an appointment. I was very impressed. The spaciousness. The finishings, the moulding and trim. I felt like I was in a stick built home.
We went to Stephen's office and picked out colors and up grades, etc.. I was overwhelmed by so many decisions. Stephen was very helpful at making suggestions. He knew what I'd like.

When it was time to sign papers, he explained it all to me. Last minute changes; no problem. He kept me informed through the whole process.
He called me on delivery day. I saw the unit placed on my lot. Impressive. I'm very thankful for the guidance Stephen gave me.
I will throughly enjoy my new home.
